A handsome late 19th century mahogany chest of drawers, described as American, with four long graduated drawers in well figured flame mahogany. Ornate pierced brass plate handles, canted front corners, a moulded overhanging top and bracket feet. The locks work and there is a keyhole to each drawer. It measures 107 cms wide by 112 cms high and 56 cms deep - a substantial piece with real presence, in very good condition throughout and needing nothing doing to it.
